Is there any additional costs?

No. HomeAmsterdam does not charge any extra fee. Once the price per night is confirmed, you just need to multiply it for the number of nights of your stay. Thatīs it.

Which is the check in time?

The apartment will be available from 02:30 p.m.
In case you will arrive much earlier and wish to check in sooner, please let us know. In some occasions, exceptionally, the check in time can be brought forward. No additional costs will be charged for this service.


Which is the check out time?

Check out time will be before 11:30 a.m.
If there are no arrivals on the same day in your apartment we offer you the possibility to check out late, at any time, at your convenience, before 06:00 p.m.
An extra fee, to be determined, will be charged for this service.
If you wish to stay longer, please let us know in advance.

Where do I have to collect the keys?

Generally the keys will be given to you directly in the apartment upon arrival. If this is not the case, you will be informed in advance.

Can we get in and out of the apartment whenever I want?

Yes. Whether you are staying in an apartment or in a room, you will be provided with a set of keys. You can get in and out of the apartment as many times as you wish, and at any time.

Can a single person book and apartment?

Yes, it is possible. The price will be the same as for two persons.

In which condition do I have to leave the apartment?

The apartment must be left neat and reasonably clean. The kitchen utensils, for example, must be clean and in the cupboards.
If you do not wish to do it yourself, we can arrange the accommodation to be cleaned for an additional fee based on an hourly rate of € 12.

Are bed linen and towels provided in the apartment?

Yes. All of our apartments are provided with towels and bed linen.

What shall I do with the garbage?

In Amsterdam strict rules apply regarding the disposal of garbage bags. Please do not place your garbage bags on the pavement. If keeping the garbage home is bringing you some kind of inconvenience, please let us know, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Who do I have to contact in case of emergency?

In case of need please call our contact phone number.

What is the minimum stay?

This is in general three days. In special seasons the minimum stay can vary to more days.

Occasionally, paying a surcharge, you will be allowed to rent the accommodation for two days.
